phosphates?

there is a lot of talk about amnonia, nitrite, and nitrates (my levels are all good) but my phosphates are thru the roof. I do 2 a week water changes about 30% and my mains water is not high in phosphates. Its my understanding that this is where a good deal of my algae problem is coming from . So what is with the high phosphates. Is this something I should be concerned about. I have 2 80 gal tanks that are both well stocked. Tanks are both at 81 degrees, fluval403, and fluidized bed filters are on both, no ugf. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Michelle
