Hi. When I got my first Yo Yo loaches, (about 2 years ago)they were always very peaceful in my community tank. Now I have transfered both of them into my bigger tank. (80 gallon)They on ocassions chase my Cardinal Tetras, but in general they are a great fish to have. They also don't bother any other loaches in my tank.
