It doesn't matter when you treat the fish. One of the interesting things about loaches when they have intestinal parasites is that they eat a lot and just keep getting thinner and thinner.

You are keeping a lot of clowns in a small (for them) tank. I hope you intend to give them more room sometime in the future. They do grow to be husky fellas.
