They are cool when they eat, aren't they? In time yours will probably warm up to eating in the light like mine. I feed mine in the morning, he expects it now, and he will merrily munch away on his 1/2 sinking tab and whatever the baby goldfish drops. He spends the rest of the day grazing algae off the glass or basking on top of his coconut half, and when it gets dark outside, even before the tank lights go out, he goes inside the shell to sleep, presumably. He's a Pseudogastromyzon myersi.
