I'm new to all this but I have 3 Bala Sharks each about 2 inches long and 1 Clown about 2 inchs in a 20 gal tank and they get along fine. Actually the Clown often swims with the sharks and seems to play with them (along with getting the food they drop) As it is a very social fish I don't see any harm in it. However now I know who ate my small Golden Apple snail!
