Mind you, I get back probs too. I wouldn't entertain moving a tank without draining as much water out as possible. Like BB said, the modern all-glass tank is just not designed for taking this kind of strain, so you have to be careful. Using any lifting device means leaning the tank and stand at some point to gain access underneath for whatever lifting device one uses. Depending on the type of stand design, great care would be needed to maintain balance and even weight distribution. Modern cabinet type stands need equal, full-base support or damage may result and any bending or distortion could transmit up into the tank base with dire concequences.
Play safe. Save most of the water in a container as suggested, move tank from stand (burly guy time!),move stand, check level (most important), then move tank, refil, hook up services, re-introduce the fish..........enjoy.
