I've moved my 80 Plexiglas with wooden cabinet from one room to another. I drained it down to about 4" of water and left the fish in. The rooms were carpeted. I sat down on the floor, braced my back against one side of the cabinet and moved it a few inches at a time. It made it just fine. However, I would have been much better off getting two burly guys or two Amazon female wrestlers to do the work more quickly for me!
