Ugh!! Parasites in my system

I recently removed an Ottocinclus (wild) from my one of my isolation tanks with a segmented (looked like armor plated) worm attached in back of his head. The worm was about 1/2 inch long and a gray/brown color. Larger head area and tapered off. I destroyed fish and attached parasite.

Also found a leach (about 1 inch long) in one of the 150g sumps connected to the 5 main tanks. I assume where there is one there are more. I have not noticed any on my fishes. Looked about bite size for my 6-8" clowns. Does any one know if the leaches are a problem, and if so, what to do about them?
