I'm pretty sure mine have it right now. It's hard to diagnose fish diseases, but they have all the symptoms like clenched fins, small white dots(not all over), itching on the bottom, and also they are acting like they are sick by hiding most of the day. I am currently treating with coppersafe and salt. Don't treat with coppersafe if you have head&tail light tetras. Mine died the following night although I don't think that they had the velvet very bad.
