Royal Loaches

hey! Saw some 6-7 inch Royal Loaches this weekend... just checked the species index... and I gather they are near their adult lenght...

Do these guys thrive in groups like the clowns? The temp. on the index page said 80F - is that the max?

Don't know if I should get them... as they are 25 bucks each... (three of them) and the tank I have for them right now would be a 29 g and it would be a quite a while before I could upgrade to a bigger tank... my 75 g is at/over it's max capacity... with sids and clowns...

any "IMHOs"???
