When is it safe to stop adding medication?

My clown loaches continue to get better from the velvet. Their fins are starting to spread out more, their gills have slowed down, they are eating a little, are more active, most of the spots on them are gone, and there is no extra slime covering them. When would it be safe to stop adding coppersafe in waterchanges? Would it be okay to go with half doses now? None of my fish show any symptoms at all of this disease except my clown loaches. My yoyo loach recovered fully, and my zipper loach never got it. You could never tell I had the disease in my tank if my clown loaches were not there. Also, what would be a good temperature in my tank for now? 83 degrees okay?
