Dojo with Dropsy ???

I'm hoping someone can help me save my Dojo. I believe he has Dropsy. The final 2/3 of his body looks very bloated. I purchased a 10 gallon hospital tank to treat him in. The medication I'm using is FURAN-2 from Aquarium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Any other pointers or suggestions to aid me in curing him of his ailment would be greatly appreciated....
