Welcome back, stranger!

I posted a question regarding a strange fish my friend purchased that turned out to be a hymenophysa. Well, the rotten little thing is chewing her Gourami's fins to shreds and I had wondered if I may purchase the imp from her to put in my 70 gallon with African cichlids (max. size 4-6 inches). The botia is about 3 inches now and it's my understanding they get quite large...

Since you have tried this combination of fish, I'd like to know how the situation turned out when there was one tiger loach left.
