What clown-disease is this?

About a month ago I noticed about ten grainy looking white spots on one of my clowns. The spots are less than 0.5 mm across and scattered on both of the lower sides of the fish. Nothing can be seen on the fins. The spots are slightly elevated from the skin and thus easiest to see from a small angle, and especially on the dark markings. During the last month the number of spots has increased, perhaps three times, but their individual size is constant.

No of the other four clowns in the tank show any signs of spots or other problems. The spotted clown eats very well, grows well, is fat, show good colour, and is the most outgoing of them all. Fins spread out and it sh
