From Calcutta, along with the loaches, are: Badis badis Ompok pabda "knife catfish" - I've not seen these before. Labeo dyochelus "blushing violet shark" - these either. I've asked that they not be sent if they are a painted fish, instead sending the "Indian black shark" which is not the usual Thai species.

On the same shipment I am getting fish from Jakarta, Singapore and Colombia: altum angels black veil angels half black veil angels doubletail bettas, male and female Betta bellica Celebes halfbeaks Peckoltia pulchra (L168) Midas (citrinellum) cichlids managuense cichlids peacock bass honey gouramies hi fin platies threadfin werneri rainbows Madagascar geayi rainbows red scissortail rasboras black phantom tetras silver dollars
