Further questions on unknown white spots on clown

I repeat the symptoms from my last posting: Over one month, a growing number of small, less than 0.5 mm white and from the skin slightly elevated spots on otherwise seemingly very healthy clown. All spots on the belly-region. No signs of scratching or breathing-disorder. No other clowns or other fish in the tank have spots or other symptoms. The tank is lightly stocked and NH3-4: 0; NO2: 0; NO3: 25; pH 7-7.5. Suggested diseases that approx. fit the appearance were ich, fungus or gyro (body fluke?). However I am not very confident in neither my own, nor others diagnosis so far.
