A new aquarium...need advice

I am getting ready to set up a new tank, and of course it will contain loaches! I think I would like some yoyo's, and know very little about them. Would two be enough, or are they happier with more of their own kind? I will also get a couple of dojo's, these I already have so am a bit experienced with them. Can these two loaches be kept peacefully in the same tank? Any advice would be appreciated.
