I have two yoyo loaches in a 20 gallon tank right now. One is about 2.5 to 3 inches and they other more like 1.5. They get along great, but as soon as my 55 has cycled, I will most likely be getting more. They probably can be kept with dojos just fine, unless your dojos are HUGE and your yoyos are tiny. Don't worry about yoyos not eating at feeding time(unless mine are just weird)they just like to get little tidbits at the bottom, instead of the big flakes for some reason. They also LOVE bloodworms.
