Anyone ever had a tank that cracked?

I was just wondering if anyone ever had a tank that cracked. I noticed there are a few long(4-5 inch) scratches on the inside glass of my 33 gallon flat hex. I don't know if I should be worried about the glass giving way since I know the glass is weakest at scratched areas. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!
