disease diagnosis, treatment requested. Momfish?

Within 24 hours, two of my fish, a rosy barb and a tiger barb, have developed well, it looks like their mouths are rotting, and neither fish can close its mouth properly. This makes it hard for them to eat. They are both very energetic in trying to eat, but it is hard for them, they can't close their mouths properly over the food, so they're only able to eat the bits they can aim for to get right down their throats. When not eating, both are very lethargic. I can't see any other sign of disease any where else on either fish's body. I have studied my other fish very carefully and all appear completely healthy and happy. Water quality is fine too. I've moved the two fish into a hospital tank, but it will be tomorrow before
