I agree totally with everything that's been suggested so far but I'm gonna add this: either declorinate the water you fill the new tank with or leave out the "old" gravel for a couple of days until the chlorine goes away. That way you won't kill the bacteria on the old gravel when you add it to chlorinated water... does this make sense or have I been online too long and picked up a bit of the pessimism of the usenet groups?
