So sorry to hear about the mess, what a man, doing a water change before going to work! I plan my day around water changes. I have one of those siphon and fill things, but don't use it. So, I maintain with dragging buckets of water to and fro', and usually have at least one substantial mess to sop up. Gee, this week, I was SO neat, just a few little spills no major water dumps. Thanks Jean for the info on home-owners insurance, I had no idea. I will check into that pronto, at least when I return home(am currently in another state nursing a sick mother
