Clown loach gone dark

hi folks, bought 4 clowns 3 days ago. 3 are doing fine but one is sitting in the corner not eating and has gone very "dark"...it started on his face but has now gone down the lenght of his back. He's not "panting" and no sign of ich. Is this stress? can I do anything?

125 ltr planted tank pH 6.4 nitrates are less than 10ppm 20% water change weekly
