frozen goody shelf life

Hey. Just wondering if there is a shelf life for frozen brine and blood worms... my kids love blood worms but on occasion, I give them brine shrimp... I bought a large flat hiriki brine pack and I stillhave over half left... meanwhile, I have been through 2-3 large flats of bloods... wondering if I need to get rid of the frozen brine... there is some frost bite on the brine...
