Personaly I do not use frozen except for the stuff I make myself. I understand the reasons why someone would want to use it tough. I think with any food the idea is to deliver it when it is at its peak nutritionaly speaking. Brine is most beneficial when it is newly hatched. All pink and full of life. Something like 90% protien at that point. That is why it is such a great first food for the fry of so many species. Going on common sence and mho I would say ditch it if it has freezer burn or frost bite. I would wonder if i
