I bought a 46 gallon tank over the summer. I also decided to get a canister filter. I finally decided to go with Marineland's Magnum 350. I got the Pro system which came with everything. The dual bio-wheels, quick-disconnect values(very very useful) and gravel vacuum. It has dual purpose carbon(or whatever)container and a micron water polisher. I have been told you can use that diatom power with it. I have no idea how and never tried it. This filter is very nice and I recommend it.
