Salt for curing ICK

My five clown loaches have gotten ICK and I put them into a hospital tank. I have been treating them with Jungle's ICK Guard II for about a week now, with no success. Actually, they have gotten worse. I have had good luck with ICK guard II before. Anyway, my main question is about salt. I want to try the salt method, and I did search the archives for info too. I noticed table salt is fine, as long as it doesn't have that anti-caking chemical, Yellow Prussiate of Soda. I have Morton's Salt and the chemicals are Salt, and Calicum Silicate. (no iodine) I was wondering if Calicum Silicate is ok, or is it another dangerous chemical?
