Keeping shrimp w/ Kuhli Loaches??

Wow! I can't believe there's a forum just about loaches on the web! If anyone could help me out w/ their experience w/ freshwater shrimp, I would appreciate it.

I wanted to set up a 10gal. tank for 5 or 6 Kuhli loaches and wondered if anyone has ever kept Kuhli loaches w/ those small 2 inch shrimp sold for keeping algae under control. The ones in the shops here are a light transluscent brown w/ a creamy tan stripe down the middle of their backs. Thanks for the help, John Phillips
