Help, urgent, emergency, chinese algae eater.

My chinese algae eater jumped out of my aquarium and landed on the glass ledge where the light is and so i lifted the light up and it was stuck to the light, luckily it is still alive and living. But its sucker does not move and its fins appear not to move including its dorsal fin which is flopped down on its back. Help!!!!! Shall i take it to the vet or are any treatments available I'll be grateful for any replies Dan
