I've been doing this for a few nights now with a baby food jar (helps because it's clear.) I've gotten most of the larger snails out through this, and vacuming them out. Hopefully this will help. I do like the clown, but since this tank is so small I really don't want to add a second bottom dweller. Thanks for the info!
