Do my clowns have worms???????

I have 3 clowns and they are fairly young at 2.25 inches a peice. I recently noticed that all 3 have gotten bigger in the belly. At first they had a srait profile on the underside, but now, they have a small curve after the first set of fins. (the fins that are red that look like their hands, right behind their eyes on the botom side) I feed them a lot and they eat all of it so mabe it is just something that happens with over feeding?!?! I also have a Rainbow shark (the one with a bluish grey body and orange fins) and he has a small lump in his belly too, also behind his first fins but he doesn't eat all that much. He cleans the bottom and eats algae off of rocks and stuff. None of my other fish, Tiger barbs, rainbowfish, and a black ruby barbs, have any kind of dee
