In Response To: Will loaches breed in captivity? (hilbob)

Hi. Loaches in general are extrmeley hard to breed, thus litle information is known about thier breeding habuts. It ia known however, that the Loaches/Botias are eggkayers or egg scatters. I do not think they guard thier eggs, becasue from the report that Dave Guest posted, the Loach eggs were eaten. I would try putting it in another tank if you have one, and see what happens.
