Flame - been there, done that, doesn't work. Happy fish will grow. Your clown *will* outgrow the tank - and the happier it is, the sooner this will happen. Also, it should really have friends - and this, of course means even more room. That gourami is going to grow, too.
I've seen your list of fish elsewhere - and here's what I suggest: Don't add or subtract any fish from your tank right now, since they are compatible and still small. (Do a lot of water changes, because the tank is crowded.)
Start planning for the future now. Decide where to set up a larger tank, save money, etc. Try to get a 29 gallon minimum, something longer rather than tall. When it is cycled up, move the gourami and clown into it and give your clown 2 more friends. Leave the other fish (neons, platies, and balloon mollies) in the 10 gallon for a very attractive "small fish" tank.
If your finances and space allow for this solution, I think you and your fish will all be happier.
