My latest experiment ... Streaming Loachcam

Hello everyone. I've added a experimental feature to the Tankbert page. "Streaming Webcam" opens a remote window that streams REALTIME images from the loachcam as fast as my modem will allow. As I only have a dialup connection to the net, the best performance will be a new image every 10-15 seconds.
Let me know what you think. I'm interested to get feedback on how well this works as it's hard for me to test this feature myself. I could reduce the size of the picture to speed up the updates, but that would make my clowns look smaller :-)
