*IF* this is the same disorder that I encountered years ago, then this treatment should work. I'm not taking a stab in the dark or guessing. A combination of these meds should do the trick (Maracyn and Maracyn II), but I believe I narrowed it down to where Maracyn was the med that provided the cure.

Once I successfully treated my tank with the above combination of meds, I encounted the same disorder on fish that I subsequently purchased from the same store. I experimented on them, in a Q-tank, using one med and then the other. IF MEMORY SERVES (and unfortunately, it often doesn't with me :-), it was the Maracyn that did the trick.
