Hey, im going to make a recipe for my clowns and i need some help.

I have a new can of freeze dried bloodworms for my loaches to have a tasty treat every once in a while. I was thinking, mabe I put some of those with some brine shrimp flakes, regular flakes, and a sinking tablet or two. What I was wondering is, what should I use as my liquid and how should I mix these up? Should I just put it all in a blender and puree it??? Or mabe chop it up to a fine mixture? Give me some hints. All of the ingedients are dry so I HAVE to have some kind of liquid like water or something else. Please put a little of that loachy skill in this one because I know all of you proffesionals have it!!!!
