MY clowns dont seem to be getting better

Hi, I posted a message on this forum a few days ago on how to combat ich for my baby clowns. Well, I raised the temp to 88 Degrees F, andadded the full dose of coppersafe yet even 5 days later, some of the clowns still have white spots on their fins. They are all eating happily and swimming actively in the tank. How long until the ich will go away? Should I do a 50 % water change without vacuuming the gravel, and just add more copper safe to the new water? Will that help? Or should I leave the water as it is and just give it a little bit longer? I really am worried, please help me with any suggestions/tips/advice you might have. Thank you so much!
