Cruel Clowns!

IMHO Clowns are no good tankmates for fish like discus, angels and some gouramis. Clowns are quite playful and love to nibble at their fins. Check for example Martins article about clown loach breeding where somebody had to separate his clowns from his discus. This combo surely works as long as the clowns are small but the larger the clowns get the more problems will arise. I don`t have clowns at the moment but I would keep them only (just like other botias) with fish that are quick swimmers like barbs and so on. Check the archive for "dither" and you will find tons of suggestions for clown tankmates.
