I was wondering what an effective treatment for calumnarris is in a planted community tank with clown loachs. I have tried several different approaches and nothing seems to have any great results.
This disease just seems to linger with the eventual death of its victim. I have lost one clown already, another is covered with it and its fins are rotting away, and another is appeartly blinded from this. This is not even to mention what has been happening to my other fish :( But the clowns seem to be the worst off and with thier small scales, I dont want to poison them either with meds.
I am doing 20 - 50 percent water changes daily, temp is at 76, amon and nitrite are undetectable.
I have been using rid ich in conjunction with marcyn 1, as side complications fungus,
