I love the Pro Bio-Wheels, and since I have used them, most of my problems have disappeared, except for my habit of overcrowding, which it seems to handle very well. While I find the Hot Magnum easy to use, I find it to be too noisy at times because it seems to suck in air no matter how tight I try to seal it. I have to keep the water level up over the outflow tube, or it makes a horrible racket! I've had two and both had this problem after a while, and I got rid of one. I tried to use that lube they provide in the box, but it was of little help. Has anybody else had this problem?

I just use the Bio-Wheel Pro 60's now along with a Quicksand sand filter hooked up to my Hot Magnum. People do not believe that filters so simple work, and stores do not like the fact that they are not selling replaceable media!
