getting clown loaches

should I even bother getting clown loaches? They sound like they get sick alot. i have bad luck w/ sick fish, mine always seem to get sick. I dont understand. i have really bad luck with ich, the fish dont die usuall. there always seems to be a sick fish in my tank!
