2 new clowns!

Today I bought two new clowns and put them for quarantaine in my 15 gallon tank. I have already got 4 clowns in my large densely planted tank with lots of hiding places. I noticed the two new clowns are bigger than my two smallest clowns. The largest new clown is almost as big as my biggest clown. My largest clown is now about 3 inches.

I plan to quarantaine the new clowns for 2 weeks (or maybe better three?).

What would be the best way of putting the new ones in the big tank? I want to keep as much peace in the tank as possible. Does it really help to dim the lights? Should I wait till late at night? Shall I do an extra feeding while releasing them? Should I release them both at the same time? etc. etc.

Thanks in advance. By the way, they seem to be doing fine in the 15 gallon (densely planted and with hiding places).
