Khulis and Snail control?

Hey, Does anyone know if Khuli Loaches eat snails like clowns because I'd like to put my 6 khulis in my planted 30 gallon but don't want to overstock by adding a trio of clowns. For your information my current stock is

1 Angelfish 1 Whiptail Catfish (Rinelloricaria spp.) 8 Assorted Corydoras (Brochis,Metae, Swchartzi)

All water parameters are fine and I do weekly changes of water.
