Going into uncharted territory...

I've decided that for my 20 gallon tank that I now have anglefish in, I am going to put some kuhli loaches in with them! First of all, does anyone see any problems with these two species together? I would think if angels and clowns can get together, any fish can(j/k)! How many would be a good number? Total enhabitants of this tank will be 3 angelfish, several swordtails, which I only have in there for my angelfish to have some live food if they have fry.
