I meant by flicking them out while feeding that when they went into one of those feeding frenzies that they would do it instinctively. Just like cichlids will try to push all other cichlids out of their territory because it is instinctive in the wild. They don't know that there are magical glass barriers that keep the other fish in:-)

Given a big tank...like a few thousand gallons(a dream tank) with the right water conditions and movement, who knows what could happen? We might see a loach hunt, or see them spawn.
