You had mentioned this Dave and it is one of those things that I have filed away in the grey matter as examples for folks intrested in hymenophysas. I am sorry for the losses but am greatful you posted about the incidents. The thing that is most intresting to me is the fish were not picked at so it happened suddenly and the fish they undid were too large to be swallowed whole. If only the motives were clear. Fish whisperer where are you ;) The other thing that might be of intrest for discussion is if the spines contain a debilitaying chemical to affect the nervous system then your rainbow should have been affected by this. Unfortunatley the cause was not seen first but it has botia written on it eh.
