WW II Ick Battle, Turing up the heat to 82

I was tolf iff i turned up my heat to about 82 degress the ick would dies and i would like some more info on this because i am about at 79 right now i and i am concerned that my other fish in my tank will die if i turn it up to that temp. Well anyway i better tell you what fish have in there right now. 1. 2 Clown Loaches 2. 3 Black neon Tetras 4. 2 killi fish 5. 2 Blue rainbow fish well that is it and if anybody has any info on how high of temp these fish can go please tell me and help me fight my WW 2.
