I watched today in the lfs as an employee told a customer that she was selling a tank to that she needed to buy stress coat because: It helped them live longer, it kept them from jumping out of the tank, it kept them from getting itch, it releived stress, it helped with ph, it took out water impurities, and it kept them from going into shock. Then she told them to put in twice what the bottle said. You would think someone who actually worked in a fish(and garden nursery) store would at least know a little about this kind of thing, than to go making up stuff like that.

I agree it's a great product if you get city water and need to take out chlorine, or get a fish from deathmart and nee
