clown looks transparent

i have five clowns that are about 1.5". they are about 1 month old to my tank. the past couple weeks i have notice that they seem transparent, especially around their bellies, w/ their silver stomachs visible through their skin. it is especially noticable after a bloodworm feeding when they over indulge. one of the loaches also has developed one dark red spots on each side above the stomach area near the rear end. any advice? what additional information is needed? thanks in advance.
