Hey Zach, It has only been two days or so right? Give it time. Ich takes a while to fully cure. Those little guys are hard to kill. If your fish are more active that is a positive sign, normally. Remember, exsisting anti-ich medications are not able to kill the white spots. They only kill the free swimming guys that turn into a white spot after a several days.

Time, just give it some time.
